Shipping Policy

General Shipping:

FREE shipping on orders over $50 in Australia and New Zealand (excluding orders that contain oversized items*).

Orders under $50 - $10.00 in Australia and to New Zealand (excluding orders that contain oversized items*). 

We use Australia Post MyPost Business for our Standard shipping. 

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information which can be viewed via the carrier website.

Australia Post 

It's not unusual for expected delivery dates to be missed. If your parcel has not been received within a reasonable period of time after the due delivery date, you should lodge an enquiry with the carrier. Once your parcel has left Hooked On Molong we have no control over when or how it's delivered. 

We take every care in preparing our orders for shipping but are not responsible for parcels once they have been lodged with the carrier. 

Store Pickups 

We offer a Store Pickup service which you select at checkout. When your order is ready for you to pick up you will receive a notification via SMS. 

Paid orders - Your order will be held for 14 days only. After 14 days the items will be returned to stock. If you know you cannot collect your order within the 14-day period, please call or email us. You will have one month from the original notification date to collect your purchase. If, after one month, your order has not been collected, the items will be returned to stock.

Unpaid orders - Your order will be held for 48 hours. If the items remain unpaid after 48 hours they will be returned to stock.

Unpaid backorders - Your order will be held for 7 days from the time you receive the SMS notification. If a backorder remains unpaid after 7 days, the items will be returned to stock.
